- 1. What does my golf package includes?
Our packages include round transportation from your hotel to the Golf Course, as well as bottles of water onboard, your Green Fee and Golf Cart for an 18 hole game.
- 2. What is not included in my golf package?
The golf package doesn’t include food and beverages on the Golf Course, nanny services, practice shot or Clubs/Shoes rental.
- 3. What time do you pick me at my hotel?
The pick up time is gonna be provided by your personal agent; he will contact you about 1 hour after you make your reservation. If you have any doubts, or would like to schedule an specific pick time, he will help you arrange everything according to your needs.
- 4. I don't want to be called by a personal agent.
You can indicate on “Additional information” when you make your reservation; if you would like, you can ask for a special contact time (after work, on weekends) and if you want to be contacted in any special way (email, trough your assistant, Whatsapp).
- 5. Why don't you display all the Golf Courses in Cancun and the Riviera Maya?
Our mission is to offer you the best options in quality and price, to make your experience unforgettable. Therefore, we select the highest quality Golf Courses, with the best prices avalaible. In case that the Golf Course doesn’t provide the expected quality, or our clients complain about a Golf Course, we would not offer services to play in this particular Golf Course. We are sorry for the inconvenience.
- 6. Do you provide rental service for Golf Clubs/Shoes?
We have the rental service upon request for Golf Clubs. If you would like to rent shoes as well, just request it on “Additional information” when you make your reservation.
- 7. Which are your payment methods?
You can pay with a Credit/debit card trough PayPal when you make you online reservation, or pay upon arrival to the Golf Course.
- 8. Why do you offer different prices on different dates?
The Green Fee rate varies in function of the season you would like to play. Please understand that on high season the Golf Course demands for a higher rate.
- 9. I would like to play 2 or more days on different courses!
We can help you schedule your special package, just contact us and our agents will help you make your reservation according to your needs (with a discount price, of course!)
- 10. Do you have any specials when booking through your company?
Of course! We can offer you discounts on your transfer to/from the airport upon arrival, as well as special tours prices. When we contact you after your reservation is set, just ask for the additional service you would like to reserve.
- 11. What happens in case I have to change or cancel my reservation?
Don’t worry! Your personal agent is avalaible 24/7, and he will help you move your reservation time and date if needed. In case of cancellations, please remember to read our Terms and Conditions.
- 12. Can you give me information regarding activities other than Golf?
Sure! Just ask your personal agent and he can solve your questions, and make recommendations on activities, tours, transfers, among others. Although we don’t provide such services, we know the different wonders that Cancun and the Riviera Maya offer, and we can advice you to make sure your vacations are unforgettable (remember that on Shuttle Services you have special prices if you make your reservation with Cancun Golf).
